Project Overview
The Landing is an impressive mixed-use building located in Dyersville, Iowa. The first level features a partially below-grade parking garage of approximately 21,012 sf. Level two is retail space. Current tenants include Select Physical Therapy and Spireon. The third level has 17 apartments ranging from efficiency to two-bedroom units. Level Four has 16 apartments of the same variety. The fifth floor features lofted areas for five of the Level 4 two-bedroom units. The project also called for two large outdoor patios at the retail space level and 24 decks for the apartments. The south side of the building has a beautiful view of the Maquoketa River and the Basilica of Saint Francis Xavier.
