Project Overview
The new T.I.P. Rural Electric Co-operative headquarters in Brooklyn includes approximately 16,000 sf in office space and 36,450 sf of vehicle storage/warehouse space in pre-engineered metal construction. Iowa counties served by the new headquarters include Benton, Iowa, Keokuk, Jefferson, Johnson, Mahaska, Poweshiek, Tama, Wapello, and Washington.
