Project Overview
The Willows of Marshalltown is home to 24 one-bedroom apartments, 12 studio apartments, and four two-bedroom apartments. The Memory Care Center offers an additional 16 studio apartments and two studio deluxe apartments. Other amenities include a theater that features tiered seating, dedicated wheelchair spaces, a 14-foot projection screen, and a state of the art surround sound system. The Willows also provides lounge areas, a library, spa, salon, and fitness area. The campus is beautifully landscaped with a 4,500 square foot courtyard including space for residents to garden.
