Project Overview
We performed demolition work in two existing suites and rebuilt office and freezer storage space for JMI Laboratories in North Liberty. The freezer storage space was a unique challenge because the area needed to maintain cooling, even throughout the winter. We solved this by installing a low ambient temperature condenser, operable to -30 degrees, to condition that space.
