Project Overview
The UNI-Dome modernization included upgrading the general seating area with a variety of new seating options and wider chair backs and party decks in the NW and SW corners and premium seating allowing for expanded comfort and viewing for fans attending events. A newly expanded Suites level has created premium fan experiences as well. A major impact of this project is needed updates to the accessibility of the Dome, which includes a new elevator on the west side for access to offices and seating areas and wider aisles and handrails throughout. Each year, the UNI-Dome welcomes 500,000 visitors to UNI, the Cedar Valley, Iowa and other regional events.
