Project Overview
This building includes 40 assisted or independent living units and 16 memory care living units. In addition to the living units, the building features common areas for residents and guests including a pub, sitting/dining areas, living spaces, a salon, two spas, a bistro, two outdoor courtyard areas and a balcony/covered patio where residents and guests can enjoy an outdoor experience. The project also included staff support space, a conference room, and a full-service commercial kitchen.
