Project Overview
We completed several packages for the new Stead Family Children’s Hospital at the University of Iowa. This challenging project resulted in a 14-story inpatient care facility providing 189 beds for the hospital’s youngest patients. The new building has several operating suites, pediatric specialty clinics, dining areas, dialysis facilities, a theater and a wonderful viewing area for the Hawkeye games and the famous Wave!
The Stead Family Children’s Hospital is LEED Gold Certified so it uses extremely efficient systems and building materials.
We are proud to be part of such a meaningful project.
