This project involved demolition of the exterior facade and construction of a new facade using rough lumber for framing and steel beams for support. The exterior work included installing a picture window and ADA-compliant double doors. Finish carpentry work consisted of installing raised panels on the window and doors. Inside the deli, we removed support posts upstairs, as well as a section of the floor. We also enclosed the downstairs and poured concrete to match the existing floor.
