A 4,712 sf addition was the first of two planned expansions. It included new locker and break rooms for the Detailing and Service Departments. The new facility incorporates two mezzanines for equipment, including a 1,500 gallon water tank, compressors and a vacuum system. The addition also has low maintenance features such as a mechanically-seamed roof system and a Diamondstone (double broadcast) epoxy floor system. The second project was a 19,500 sf addition/remodel to the Sales Department, Parts Department, office area and service bay. It also included a new show room and portal entry system, which gives the exterior a new look.
