The project scope included a 12-bed memory care addition, a two-story addition for a 13-bed skilled care unit, laundry facilities, a therapy center, and a kitchen addition. Crews built the Alzheimer’s, or memory care, addition using wood studs and trusses with vinyl siding and brick wainscot. The skilled care unit was built with metal studs and trusses, minimal structural steel and bar joists, with vinyl siding and brick on the exterior.
